Honest communication as standard. If the role is hard to fill, we will tell you why. If the process is losing candidates, we will say so. We would rather have an uncomfortable conversation early than a failed search later.

I started Wave after a decade working in technical recruitment because I believed it could be done differently. Not more volume. Not faster CV turnaround. Actually differently, with real sector knowledge, honest conversations, and a genuine understanding of the engineering disciplines I work in.

I am fascinated by the sectors Wave serves. Semiconductors, AI hardware and software, defence, robotics. These are fields where the work genuinely matters and where the wrong hire is expensive. That fascination drives how I work.
