MEET THE FOUNDER
For the past seven years, I’ve been in recruitment within the engineering sector, with a focus on electronics and embedded software. My career began in Bristol, where I worked with several recruitment agencies, and in 2022, I took the leap to start my own business—Wave Recruitment.
Wave Recruitment was built on a foundation of ethical business practices, with a strong emphasis on integrity and morality. I’m proud to say that these values continue to shape everything we do.
Our mission is to connect exceptional talent with niche skills to the innovative companies that need them, ensuring both individuals and businesses achieve their goals.
Today, I’m still hands-on in my role, partnering with an incredible array of companies across the UK, from innovative SMEs to global enterprises. I love being part of the engineering community, and it’s truly rewarding to play a role in helping both companies and individuals create the technology of the future.

Outside of work, I have a lot of interests and keep busy! From reading and learning about physiology and philosophy, surfing, climbing, tag rugby and travel.
