-
BEng/MEng or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
-
10+ years designing high-performance analog or mixed-signal hardware, with 3+ years leading engineering teams.
-
Proven experience delivering complex electronics products from concept to volume manufacture.
-
Deep expertise in low-noise, wide-bandwidth analog front-ends (TIA, LNA, ADC/DAC interface).
-
Strong knowledge of high-speed differential signalling, impedance control, and signal integrity mitigation.
-
Hands-on experience with EDA and simulation tools (Altium, Cadence, Keysight ADS, Ansys, or similar).
-
Understanding of EMC/EMI, thermal management, and automated test strategies.
-
Excellent communication skills, able to engage with specialists and executive audiences.
Desirable experience:
-
Analog electronics for optical or high-speed computing systems.
-
Experience in cross-functional hardware-software integration projects.
Tools & methods:
-
EDA and simulation tools (Altium, Cadence, Keysight ADS, Ansys).
-
Signal integrity analysis and high-speed PCB layout techniques.
-
Agile hardware development practices.
-
Design for EMC/EMI, thermal management, and automated testing.
What success looks like:
-
High-performance, manufacturable analog and mixed-signal designs delivered on time and to specification.
-
