About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager and/or SCRUM Master to lead high-impact projects in an Agile/SCRUM environment. This role involves managing stakeholders, overseeing R&D teams, and driving technical innovation in software, firmware, and hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects using Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Oversee R&D teams in high-tech product development
• Engage with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
• Drive technical solutions in AI/ML integration, FPGA processing, and real-time data processing
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope
• Support the continuous improvement of development processes
• Contribute to the company’s long-term technical strategy and innovation

Required Experience

• 5+ years managing R&D projects in software, firmware, or hardware engineering
• Strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Experience with AI/ML, FPGA, and real-time processing technologies
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
